Genero Adran South side Cardiff Met have completed the signing of midfielder Emily Bayliss, who returns to South Wales.
Bayliss returns to Met, having departed FA Women’s National League side Bristol Rovers two weeks ago.
The 26-year-old made 19 appearances in all competitions for the English side, scoring 4 times, helping the newly promoted Rovers to a 4th place finish in tier four.
She signed for The Gas in November 2024, joining from Cardiff Met, with Bayliss now making the move back to the Cyncoed Stadium, having made 22 appearances in all competitions in her most recent spell at the club between 2023 and 2024.
A creative midfielder who has been a key figure in several sides in previous seasons, she also had spells at Pontypridd United, Cardiff City, Barry Town United and Caldicot Town.
Bayliss made her return to action last weekend for Met, coming on as a second-half substitute in a 4-2 win over Penybont in the Genero Adran South, setting up Hannah Rayner’s first senior Genero Adran Leagues goal.
Cardiff Met are currently top of the Genero Adran South, as they aim to return to the top flight. They travel to Llanelli Town AFC next weekend.
