The New Saints will join Cardiff City, Wrexham AFC and Swansea City in the Championship Conference for Phase Two in the Genero Adran Premier.
A 2-0 win for The Saints against Aberystwyth Town saw the Oswestry-based side secure a top four spot with a week to go of Phase One, in Kieran-Lee Birch’s first win as TNS boss.
Zara Gibbs struck from inside the area in first-half stoppage time to put TNS ahead at the break. Lexi Jones scored the second for the hosts from close range, to ensure top four was theirs.
It means the race for the Championship Conference is over with one match remaining, and their closest top four rivals Briton Ferry Llansawel will be playing in the Plate Conference for Phase Two after a 3-1 defeat to Wrexham AFC.
Ferry started much better than their loss to Jenny Sugarman’s side in the Genero Adran Trophy, and actually took the lead at The Rock. A powerful cross into the front post by Freya Peyton found Grace Evans, who found a way past Liz Craven to give the away side the advantage.
Wrexham responded immediately though. A challenge from Brooke Llewelyn on Faye Knox saw The Red Dragons awarded a penalty, which was slotted into the bottom left corner by Katie Barker to level the game up.
Just after the hour mark, Wrexham went ahead. A short corner from Knox found Barker on the byline, who floated a ball into Rosie Hughes, heading home to put Wrexham 2-1 up.
It was three with less than 20 minutes to play, and it was Hughes again. Josie Smith split open the Ferry defence with a brilliant pass forward, allowing Hughes to fire home past Courtney Young.
Ferry ended the game with ten, after Olivia Kett-White was dismissed for a last-player challenge with ten minutes to play. There would be no more goals in the game, in a big three points for the hosts to ensure Wrexham keep the pressure on Cardiff City.
The Bluebirds won 6-0 against Pontypridd United in a convincing victory at the Cardiff International Sports Stadium.
Iain Darbyshire’s side were 3-0 by halftime. Mikayla Cook, Megan Bowen and Madison Perrott all scored in the first-half to put Cardiff City in control.
Cook scored against just after the break, before setting up Madison Lloyd for both of her goals in the second half, in a much-changed Cardiff side which saw starts for youth prospects Ffion Saunders and Lily Nicholls, whilst Seren Thomas also started her first game since returning from Pontypridd.
Swansea City still have an outside chance of pushing for the Genero Adran Premier title after an impressive 7-1 win against Barry Town United.
Played at the Swansea.com Stadium, Yzzy Taylor’s side took the lead five minutes in. Chloe Chivers cut inside from the right, and launched a left footed effort from outside the area past Molly Arnesen to give the hosts the advantage.
Stacey John and former Barry forward Taite Trivett added their names to the scoresheet, as Swansea took a 3-0 lead before the interval.
The Swans started the second half as they started the first. A ball forward from Maddy Murray found Chivers, who fired home for her second and Swansea’s fourth.
Goals kept arriving the way of the Swans. Emily Thomas picked up a pass on the byline from Ellie Lake, and from the tighest of angles lifted over Arnesen to score her first of the evening.
Chivers completed her hattrick with 15 minutes left to play. Cutting in from the left this time after receiving a pass from Trivett, a curling right-footed effort found the top corner, to continue a brilliant season for the forward.
Amelia Herbert hit back for Barry with just over ten minutes to play, but a header from Emily Thomas in the 90th minute made it seven for Swansea, meaning they remain five points off top spot.
Cascade YC are off the bottom of the Genero Adran South table, after winning their second game in a row having not gained a single point before last week.
A 5-2 win over title chasing Carmarthen Town has seen Cascade move up to 6th in the table. Olivia Townsend gave the hosts the lead in the 12th minute.
Carmarthen hit back through Ophelia Jenkins just after the half hour mark, but a strike from Ellis Lunn just before the break saw Cascade leading 2-1 going into the second half. It was Lunn again to score Cascade’s third immediately after the interval, before Chrystalla Moreton made it four minutes later.
Ophelia Jenkins scored her second with ten minutes to play, but it was little too late by then, and with seconds to play, Lunn completed her hattrick, in what could be a season defining week in the relegation picture.
The side who had the disappointment of dropping into that relegation place was Llanelli Town AFC. A 3-0 defeat away to Pure Swansea means The Reds are still without a point since November.
Chris Church’s side were fairly dominant throughout the 90 minutes, and scored early on. An outswinging corner from Charley Haynes found Rachel Cullen, placing a side footed finish into the bottom right corner.
It was two inside 15 minutes. Good build up from Pure Swansea allowed Hannah Perkins to find space down the left, playing a pass into Annabel Stoke, who on the turn fired into the back of the net. A 12th goal of the campaign in all competitions for the 19-year-old.
The hosts wrapped up the scoring on the hour mark. Kalena Walters-Wright struck into the top right corner from the edge of the area, which sees Pure Swansea continue the pressure on league leaders Cardiff Met.
Met had to survive a first half scare to beat Penybont at Cyncoed.
Esme Kilburn-Thompson scored twice inside 40 minutes to put Met two to the good, before a dramatic comeback from Penybont.

However, Met took control again early in the second half. Kilburn-Thompson was involved again, playing into Anna Houghton who put her name on the scoresheet to put the hosts back ahead.
Met made sure with seconds to go. 16-year-old Hannah Rayner, who has impressed in the Genero Adran U19s, scores her first Genero Adran South goal, in a 4-2 win for the leaders.
Llanfair United closed the gap at the top of the Genero Adran North to three points from Connah’s Quay Nomads, in a 4-0 win over Llandudno.
Tania Wylde continued her incredible scoring run. The forward scored just four minutes in to put the travelling side ahead.
No more goals before the break but Llanfair became more clinical in the second period. Harriet Davies made it two just minutes into the second half.
Wylde scored her second in the game and her 14th goal of the campaign, to make it three for Llanfair.
It was four with just under 20 minutes to play, with Davies also scoring her 2nd, in a result which has built momentum for Lucie Gwilt’s side.
Another comeback by CPDM Y Felinheli saw another draw played out between themselves and Flint Town United, for the second time this month.
Shannon Hobbs gave Flint the advantage after a good run by Ruby Hastings down the right allowed the winger to cross from the byline.
It looked as though Flint were in control, but Felinheli equalised with ten minutes left to play.
Elsi Williams battled well to keep possession for the visitors in the middle, allowing Rubie Davies to play a ball into the path of Jenna Tugwell-Allsup, who placed a left-footed finish past the oncoming Rebecca Bott.
The point sees CPDM Y Felinheli move up to 4th in the Genero Adran North, three points behind Flint who remain in 3rd.
A key battle at the top of the South Wales Women’s and Girls’ League Combined saw Llanrumney United edge past Trefelin BGC in a 3-2 win, to make it 13 wins from 13 games in the league for the league leaders Llanrumney.
Pippa Smith gave the hosts the lead with a close range striker, before Charley Hocking’s free-kick doubled the advantage.
It was 3-0 before the break, and Jen Kemp’s long-range goal would prove a vital one with what was to come in the second half.
With just over 20 minutes, Trefelin were putting the pressure on the league leaders. Becca Rees got a goal back for the visitors.
Erin Maloney scored a second for the side in 2nd, to make it a nervous ending to the game for Llanrumney, but they held out for a win which sees them extend their lead at the top to 15 points.
Elsewheree in the Combined League, Penydarren BGC and Ammanford AFC both picked up points to remain in the top half.
Undy AFC have gone within one point of the top of SWWGL Division One, after a 7-0 win against Tonyrefail Welfare. Lauren Roberts scored a 28-minute hattrick to put Undy in full control, with an own goal making it four before the break.
A penalty four minutes into the second half was converted by Dani Buckland, with Libby Brooks adding her name to the scoresheet just after the hour mark. Roberts scored a fourth late on in a convincing win for the side in 2nd.
They close the gap at the top after league leaders Cardiff Wanderers were beaten by Nantyglo 6-2 away from home.
Alana Murphy scored a hattrick in the game, whilst Katie Adams scored twice. Jade Edwards was also on the scoresheet for Nantyglo, in a dominant display.
With Undy having three games in hand in 2nd, and Barry Town United Linnets having six in hand, a lot could change in the title picture in tier four.
North Cardiff Cosmos continued their unbeaten league season with a 3-1 win over Caerphilly Dragons in the SWWGL Division Two.
A double from Chloe Brown helped the league leaders on their way to another three points. Action in Division Two also saw Sully Sports pick up their first win since October, with a 2-1 victory over Wattsville, with Naimh Murray scoring the winner after the side went behind.
In Division Three, wins for Graig Villa Dino and Ponthir AFC continue their push for the title in tier six.
Kinmel Bay are the new league leaders of the North Wales Coast Llandudno Kia League, after a tightly contested 3-2 victory against CPDM Llanystumdwy.
Llandystumdwy took a 2-0 lead in the game. Seren Ellis and Hana Wellings both scored to put the hosts in the driving seat.
However, it was an incredible comeback from Kinmel Bay, inspired by North Wales League teenage sensation Lexi Walsh.
The league’s top scorer scored a hattrick in the last 22 minutes of the game, despite missing a penalty with five minutes to go, in a crucial moment of the campaign for a Kinmel side pushing for the Genero Adran North.
Llangefni Town have a game in hand on the new league leaders, but it is no doubt a statement of intent from Kinmel Bay.
After Llangefni’s league cup clash with NFA had to be replayed on the weekend, it would be a disappointing result for Dan Gregg’s side after winning the original game, but delight for NFA who progress to the Semi-Finals in a 2-1 win.
Sade Benjamin gave NFA the lead inside 15 minutes, before they doubled their lead through Sophie Haywood.
Llangefni forward Lowri Thomas got one back, but it was NFA who progressed to the Semi-Finals of the North Wales Coast Llandudno Kia Women’s League Cup.
In the other game in the league, Pwllheli put seven past Caernarfon Town to move up to 4th in the division.
Llanidloes Town won their first league game since reforming in the Central Wales League North, in a 1-0 victory against Welshpool Town.
Naomi Evans scored the winner around the hour mark in another history day for the side.

Buckley Town also won their first league game since forming in the Central Wales League North, in a 4-2 win against Coedpoeth United.
A brace from Danielle Jones and a finish from Bethan Hughes put Buckley 3-0 up at halftime.
Coedpoeth fought back and scored twice through Molly Jones and Jade McHugh, but a last minute strike from Sophie Iball made sure for Buckley.
Wrexham Foresters also won again to extend their lead at the top, whilst Haverfordwest County AFC returned to the top in the Perago West Wales League Division A with a 3-1 against Mumbles Rangers.
