It took less than 20 seconds for the Bucks to start their season with a goal when BRADLEY KNIGHT<\/strong> scored the opener. Then at the end of the first half KNIGHT <\/strong>would strike again when he headed a Scott McHarrie corner in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Seven minutes into the second half two new signings combined Oli Blayney cutting in from the right hand side for LIAM ELLIS<\/strong> to score Buckley Town’s third goal. OLI BLAYNEY <\/strong>would score the fourth goal for the home team when he was on the edge of the box his shot went in off the post. A great start for Asa Hamilton’s side. They get a home tie against Newtown in the 2nd Round.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A well deserved win for the home team as in the 14th minute IWAN MATTHEWS <\/strong>scored with a volley inside the 6 yard area they doubled their lead after half an hour when new signing SAM FLORY <\/strong>scored on his debut with a towering header from a James Smallwood free kick. The win was complete when in the 63rd minute ADAM KNOTT<\/strong> header from a Jake Cook corner made the final score 3-0. Guilsfield Manager Gavin Allen keeps his unbeaten home record since he joined in late October, his side get a home draw in the next round against Cymru Premier Bala Town.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Flint Mountain 1 Denbigh Town 3.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Denbigh Town had to come from behind at Bastion Gardens Prestatyn to go through into Round Two when at the end of the First half when Flint Mountain’s new signing from Rhyl JONNY BRAVO <\/strong>header put Flint Mountain ahead when a ball on the left hand side was cross in by Owen Cassidy. It took until the 71st minute for Denbigh to equalise when Matthew Worrall shot was saved Nathan Brown put it back towards goal for WORRALL <\/strong>to score . With 5 minutes left Dan Flanders cross found BEN LOCKLEY <\/strong>head into the top corner. The tie was put out of sight when Tom Weir put in NATHAN BROWN <\/strong>to score in the bottom corner. Denbigh Town have another away draw in the 2nd Round against newly promoted Rhyl 1879.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The deadlock couldn’t be broken at Maes Tegid Bala so the only game in the North Section that went to Spot Kicks and it was Ruthin Town who were victorious winning 4-2 on penalties HARRY MARTIN, WILL COOKE, ETHAN DAVIES and DAN HOLLAND<\/strong> all scoring with OWAIN EVANS and HARRI HORWOOD <\/strong>replying for the Roosters. The prize for Dave Evans Ruthin Town is a home draw against last season’s Welsh Cup Runners-Up Connah’s Quay Nomads<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gresford Athletic won the Wrexham Derby played at The Hollingsworth Group Stadium the home of Air Bus with a 3 -0 win against Brickfield Rangers, the deadlock was broken in the 58th minutes when the 2 new signings joined forces when Iwan Roberts gave the ball to JAKE ROBERTS<\/strong> who picked the ball up and put it in the corner of the net. In the 75th minute PAUL JOHNSON <\/strong>made it 2-0 and with seven minutes left on the clock MARK WINSLADE <\/strong>made the game save when he beat the visitors defence and goalkeeper Robbie Williams to walk the ball into the net. Gresford have an away tie at Llandudno in the next round.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A game Rhyl dominated in the first half but the teams still went in goalless thanks to Caersws goalkeeper Max Williams. Seven minutes into the second half a cross by James Farr found DYLAN PROCTOR<\/strong> to break the deadlock. Two minutes later the Bluebirds fought back with a cross by Sam Phillips that went straight into the path of TOMMY ROWLANDS<\/strong> whose shot went straight into the bottom corner. The Mid Wales were having better second half looking dangerous with the game looking like it was going to penalties 3 minutes from time, up stepped Rhyl’s Sub PAUL FLEMING <\/strong> who scored the winner from a Billy Holmes Corner after a flick on from Reece Fairhurst. Williams tried in vain to scoop the ball away but it was Fleming goal but to make sure Sub Seb Bolton smashed the ball in the net. Paul Moore’s side have a home advantage at the Hops and Barley Community Stadium in the next round against fellow Cymru North side Denbigh Town.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
