Poppy Brown put Pure Swansea ahead inside ten minutes, before setting up Kalena Walters-Wright to make it two midway through the half. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Having now scored in her last three games, Walter-Wright added her second, and a third for Pure Swansea just before halftime to put them in cruise control. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-twitter wp-block-embed-twitter\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\"><p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">WHAT A COMEBACK\ud83d\ude0dwe had a point to prove today and after going in at the break three goals down we came out and proved what we could do. A top corner finish from Flavia Jenkins put Carmarthen back in the game in the opening minutes of the second-half. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Casi Jones and Ophelia Jenkins both scored just after the hour mark to level the game, before a close-range finish from Summer Evans won the contest for Carmarthen Town, in a vital three points in their season. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">League leaders Cardiff Met continued their push for the top flight with a 5-0 win against Llanelli Town AFC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A brace from Esme Kilburn-Thompson and a goal from Anna Houghton put Met in control at the break. Erin Parry scored immediately after the interval to make it three. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Then the inevitable Ellis Lunn goals made their appearance. Shannon Hobbs did well to capitalise on a mistake at the back to put the visitors 2-1 up, before Rebecca Eagles made it three seconds before the break. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jasmin Dutton got another goal back early on in the second half, but Flint held on to a much needed victory, to go level on points with Llanfair United after their game with CPDM Y Felinheli was postponed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A clinical first-half from Connah&#8217;s Quay Nomads was enough for Jord Parry&#8217;s side to claim three points on Sunday, in a 4-1 home win against CPDM Bangor. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Elana Harley met Phoebe Ellis&#8217; free-kick to put Nomads ahead inside ten minutes, before a Ffion Bee own goal doubled the advantage. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quickfire goals from Ella Jones and Hannah Slack completed the scoring for the league leaders. Quick thinking from Shannon Evans saw the defender float a cross into Olden, who headed home to double the lead. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">City had the chance to make it three after a Ffiona Evans handball, which was slotted away by Laura Curnock for her 11th goal in the league this season. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ffion Price was introduced to the game in the second half, and with seconds to go also had a say in the match.
