class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bont will be looking to bounce back from that defeat away to Aberystwyth Town on Friday night, who they beat 3-1 in Swansea a 2-0 lead at Park Avenue, but it would be Swansea to claim all three points, to ensure they bounced back from their defeat the week before against Championship leaders Met. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Swansea travel to the CCB Centre for Sporting Excellence to face Cascade YC on Friday night, with Cascade coming into the game on the back of their first win of Phase Two. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Second-half goals from Trinity Reakes and Ffion Bowden secured a
