Genero Adran Premier side Wrexham AFC have completed the signing of Derby County central defender Mikayla Wildgoose.
A former Northern Ireland youth international, Wildgoose came through the ranks at Birmingham City, and also had a dual-registration spell at Loughborough Lightning.
She joined Burnley in 2023, where she worked under current Wrexham AFC coach Rebecca Sawiuk, before moving to Derby in 2025.
Speaking upon her arrival, she said to Wrexham’s social media accounts: “I’m excited to be here and looking forward to getting started with the girls.
“There’s a real positive drive with where this Club wants to go – they want to be at the top of the league and that’s something that I wanted to join in on.”
The defender has signed a deal with Wrexham until the end of the 2025/26 campaign.
Wildgoose could make her Wrexham AFC debut this Sunday, 25th January, when The Red Dragons host Briton Ferry Llansawel at The Rock.
